Late harvest Cabernet-Sauvignon 2018
November 8.2017

Late harvesting of Cabernet-Sauvignon and work degustation of 2017 harvest.

This year we decided to divide our Cabernet-Sauvignon harvest and lest 40% on late harvest as long as it will be possible. We will use in our varietal wine and coupages. Late harvest grapes are used to make a wine that contains both higher residual sugar and higher potential alcohol than standard table wines.
